[Feature Request]: Show if Entire Video is Marked as X (SponsorBlock)

Problem Description

Right now, Freetube does not show if the ENTIRE video is sponsored.

Proposed Solution

Add if a video is entirely sponsored.
It could look something like this, and use the blank space to the right of the channel name.

Alternatives Considered

uh... keep the status quo and not have this feature?
