Get IfcOpenShell in to conda

Lots of development going on FC in regards to BIM. Should we consider getting IfcOpenShell in to conda-forge ?

getting it into conda-forge would be nice. But currently not many staged-recipes are merged. I am waiting for one of mine to be merged for about 2 weeks now...
conda-forge/staged-recipes#7612

Also I don't have a use-case for ifc, so I will most likely not do this. I guess anyone can do it. Copying the build.sh, bld.bat, meta.yaml files into a fork of staged-recipes and make a PR.
