Database App

This is a database app project developed using Python and Django.

The app allows users to sign up, sign in, and use credits to access specific records in the database. Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/Frame-Tech-Solutions-Ltd-Co/Database-App.git
    
  2. Create and activate a virtual environment:

    python3 -m venv venv && source venv/bin/activate
    
    
  3. Install the required dependencies:

    pip install -r requirements.txt
    
  4. Run database migrations:

    python manage.py makemigrations
    python manage.py migrate
    

Usage

  1. Start the development server:

    python manage.py runserver
    
  2. Access the app in your web browser at (awaiting site)http://localhost:8000.

Testing

To ensure the functionality of the app, it's recommended to perform comprehensive testing. You can write tests for each app to validate the expected behavior. Test user authentication, credit system functionality, database interaction, record access and tracking, alerts, API endpoints, and user/company profiles.

Deployment

For deployment, consider the following steps:
