[Bug]: Unable to upload files in chat on Zen Browser (macOS)

Describe the bug

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot upload any files within the LINE extension chat interface while using Zen Browser on macOS. Both the upload button and the drag-and-drop functionality are completely unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the LINE extension in Zen Browser.
2. Open any chat conversation.
3. Method A: Click the "File Upload" icon. (The file picker does not appear).
4. Method B: Drag a file from macOS Finder into the chat window. (The file is not recognized or attached).

Expected behavior

The file picker should open when the button is clicked, and files should be successfully attached/sent via drag-and-drop.

Environment Information

• Extension: LINE Extension 3.7.0
• Platform: Gecko/Firefox-based environment
