Backup resource still defaults to the split image #2349

What happened?
The customization docs say that the default is the unified image, however the FoundationDbBackup resource still defaults to the split image.
Is it easy to update the default, or should we put a note in the docs? I'm happy to make a PR for this.
What did you expect to happen?
Backup agents should use the unified image by default
How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?
On 7.3.69, create a backup resource with no imageType set
