Inconsistency between run_skin_generation.py and README instructions

I noticed a minor discrepancy between the codebase and the documentation:

Actual filename: `run_skin_generation.py`

README instruction: Suggests running `python run_environment_skin_generation.py`

This might cause confusion for new users trying to run the environment for the first time. Could you please unify these?
