fix: use standard sizes for contact list item elements

What changed and why

• Added dimensions for reuse across all apps as per https://m3.material.io/components/lists/specs
• Updated contact list items to use M3 standard sizes. Many more items need to be updated.

• See Font size cannot auto sync to system preference. General-Discussion#118
