Exception when trying to read SMS

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Receive some SMSs with connected SIM Card and stock message app
2. Remove SIM Card
3. Install Fossify Message App
4. Try to read SMSs in Fossify

Expected behavior

I should have possibility to read SMSs.

Actual behavior

There is an exception when trying to read SMSs and i cannot read SMSs.

Are you still able to view those messages in your stock messaging app?

This happens with all conversations and i still can read all messages in stock SMS application.

I am not quite sure this bug is caused by removing SIM Card because i am not used fossify message app when SIM Card was not removed. I am installed this app for the first time when i am already removed SIM Card.

You may try reinserting the card to see if the issue goes away. In any case, this should still be fixed.
