Implement self-healing code CI workflow

Feature description

With Github Agents & CI one can in principle build "self-healing" code. When the nightly CI fails, an agent can be trigger that attempts to repair the code immediately and trigger a PR, iterating until all tests pass. E.g.: https://github.com/matebenyovszky/healing-agent. The PR then has to be reviewed by a human the next morning.

Preferred solution

Implement as a feature. Would enormously increase the robustness of the database.
