Bug: Adding a user with only 3 characters causes error 400

Hi,

if I try to create a user with only 3 characters, it fails with an error 400, e.g.: "tom"

if I add another additional character, it works. Any hints?

For some reason the server had it still set to 4 instead of 2. Thanks a lot for reporting this bug! Fixed in f3df062
