PicturesAlwaysLocal not working

I think I may have narrowed down the root cause of my earlier reported pull request, where PutObjectInput.Bucket would return that "minimum field size of 1" error.

Using the latest master of the code (v2.0.0-beta1), running on OSX, with PicturesAlwaysLocal = true, uploading images seems to stall forever.

I've attached a version of NewFileFromChunk() that generates the above logging.

Before I take a new stab at a new pull request, can you confirm the above behavior?

Thanks a lot for the bug report! That was indeed a bug and was not caught by the unit tests. I pushed a fix with 0fba123, can you confirm that it is working now? The docker image should be up in about 20 minutes
