[FR] Adjustable limits of the "Playback speed" slider. #1030

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Might be a nitpick on my part, but it annoys me that the slider goes all the way to 0.25x and 4x; it requires unescessary precision to pick a value that is nice to listen to.
Let's say you want a pitch value of 1.20x: you slide the slider to 1.20x (or a value close to it) with your finger, let go of the screen to go and tap "OK" and then the value jumps to 1.36x because you moved your finger a tad bit to the right when lifting it. It sucks.

Describe the solution you'd like
An adjustable limit to the slider. If I want the maximum value to be 2x instead of 4x or the minimum value to be 0.5 instead of 0.25...why not? I won't go near 4x nor 0.25x anyway.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Well...the - and + buttons were already suggested by someone else so...nothing, really.
