Null values in XS points

Usually a one off issue when DEMs do not cover a large enough area (Rio Coca, Ecuador). XS lines protrude beyond the coverage of the DEM causing the XS points to not receive an elevation value. When not checked, the Level 1 Report errors out at XS plots due to Null values. A check can be implemented to look for Null values in DEM_Z field for XS points and flowline points to assure an elevation value is present. Either alert the user or delete Null values when XS points or Flowline Points detect Null values.
