UI-button ignores timestamp payload options

Current Behavior

The ui-button ignores payload options when set to timestamp and defaults to 'milliseconds since epoch'.

Expected Behavior

The payload should obey it's configuration and be able to emit the values as a formatted date or JavaScript Date Object
