MCP Registrations are not removed from DB when an instance is deleted

Current Behavior

If an instance has MCP nodes and an entry in the DB, the DB entry is not removed upon deletion

Expected Behavior

Should not leave orphaned entries - this affects the new MCP Expert feature

Steps To Reproduce

Add an instance. Add MCP nodes and deploy. Delete instance
