Flow is a client for YouTube and YouTube Music that runs without Google Play Services, accounts, or tracking. Recommendations are generated locally by the FlowNeuroEngine, which builds a taste profile on the device and never sends viewing history anywhere.

Flow does not collect, transmit, or store personal data. All playback history, preferences, and recommendation state remain on the device unless the user explicitly enables sync.
