Summary

• Right-click (or two-finger tap) on the skills explorer tree to rename or delete files. SKILL.md stays protected. Mutations are local until Save.
• Import a .md / .mdx file into the current skill sheet from the editor header (FileInput next to +). Only shows when that sheet is empty.
• Pointer cursor on clickable chrome app-wide (buttons, menus, selects, tabs, tree rows). Text fields, disabled, sidebar resize, and drawer grab stay as they were.

Test plan

• Open a skill with extra files. Right-click a non-SKILL.md file: rename and delete work; Save persists.
• Right-click SKILL.md: rename/delete disabled.
• Empty sheet: FileInput appears next to +. Import a markdown file; contents land in the editor.
• Non-empty sheet: FileInput hidden.
• Hover buttons, sidebar items, menus, selects: pointer. Inputs stay I-beam. Disabled stays not-allowed. Sidebar edge still resizes.
