[Physical W/Z] Replace imported validation inputs with an OPH-native source-to-pole packet

Claim boundary

This issue replaces every imported input in the external strict-one-loop W/Z
validation lane with target-clean OPH-native producers. It owns promotion, not
the external engine-validation issue. Existing W/Z targets are post-exposure
and may not influence source construction, branch selection, tolerances, or
uncertainty.

  A closed-negative umbrella issue is not a substitute for these artifacts.

Acceptance

• A unique target-clean OPH source emits the canonical gauge-invariant
  action, complete field/operator census, and full Yukawa packet, rather
  than only a group/representation type.
• A proved map identifies the source Higgs coordinate with the renormalized
  FJ coordinate; v_chart is never relabeled as v_F by numerical fit.
• The complete ordered EFT running, thresholds, finite decoupling/scheme
  conversion, Jacobians, term masks, and deterministic remainders are
  source produced.
• The source emits either one globally unique deterministic point law or a
  target-independent joint law. Covariance is derived from that law on
  (Re sW, Im sW, Re sZ, Im sZ) and is kept separate from deterministic
  theory enclosures.
• The OPH-native packet is substituted without changing the already
  validated QFT algorithms, and every production receipt is regenerated
  under one recomputed common subject digest.
• Before clock closure, output is only sW/Estar^2, sZ/Estar^2. Physical
  units require a source Hamiltonian/transition, positive dimensionless
  gap, exact SI constants, ancestry, and calibration receipt from [Physical scale] Complete the source-derived clock stack for the Newton constant #334.
• Source and simulator processes have no target mount or writable
  comparison channel. Target comparison consumes only immutable final
  receipts and is labeled post-exposure validation.
• Independent replay verifies the full conjunction and explicitly proves
  that no source, law, branch, error budget, or tolerance depends on W, Z,
  Higgs, top, G_F, measured weak mixing, or calibrated proxies.
• The canonical native action/census is bound to the exact positive carrier

Closure rule

Close only after both the OPH-native dimensionless pole bundle and, separately,
the source-clock physical-unit bundle pass the artifact-resolving production
verifier. Conditional theorems, schemas, candidate axioms, or favorable target
agreement do not satisfy this issue.

Electroweak physical readout: the emitted (80.330, 91.119) GeV pair is a running/tree chart coordinate, not a defined complex-pole observable; no mass residual or pull is defined. Not evaluable until emission and measurement denote the same physical observable in one convention. Required: derive the physical observable, complete the scheme map, and propagate theory uncertainty.
