Stop sending all asset data in /assets results

Until now, the asset index endpoint returns all possible asset information, including child assets, sensors, flex-config and model.

This makes listings hard to read (as a developer) and also we're sending a lot of unnecessary data.

We should not send all fields by default, and let users decide which they need.
