Added passive bots that only follows order. Also defaults to keep their current facing. Easy to use for los checking.
The current bots run around semi-randomly which is sometimes not what you want.
This patch add a "addpassivebot" console command that adds a bot that don't do anything unless ordered to.
Together with keeping their current facing when they stop moving (instead of flipping back to pitch/yaw zero), this makes it possible to use them to check LOS algorithms and performance.
