This is a small hotfix stopping a thaumnomicon crash from 0.4.0, a crash with mana beans and the Talisman of Nourishment, the Think Tank, excessive command line printing, and a glitch with the Boots of the Comet.

The fourth major release for TX. Adds Boots of the Comet, Boots of the Meteor, Thaumic Replicator, 3 new enchantments, Wispy Dreamcatcher, and Talisman of Nourishment as well as many bugfixes.

NOTE: This build is survival ready!

Expect a few bugs, if any. Content may be slightly unbalanced.
