Refetch feature list on window focus

Describe the bug

Not common but noticed when I used the mcp / edit a feature outside of my flagsmith session returning to the list, the relevant feature(s) are stale.

As well as not showing the updated value, any edit to that feature in a versioned environment would fail since the version is out of sync.

Steps To Reproduce

• Edit a feature in window a or via prompt/mcp
• View / try to edit feature in a versioned environment

Expected behavior

I think it'd be good to just refetch the feature list with current filters on window focus
