API Explorer - "click here" hyperlink is black, does not lead to the correct page

Description

Defect is seen on Account authorization, Account batch processing, Account details, Update limits v1, Account statements, all of dispute, and Get JWT token

Expected behavior:
The hyperlink should be blue and lead to the Getting Started > Access Tokens page (https://qa-developerstudio.fiserv.com/product/CardDeveloper/docs/gettingstarted/access-tokens.md?branch=undefined)

Observed behavior:
The hyperlink on some pages is black and leads to a different link, which then redirects users to the main API Explorer page.

Defect is fixed in Account authorization, Account batch processing, Account details, Update limits v1, and Account statements. It is not fixed in any Dispute API or in Get JWT token
