Description
POCO is King!
SDK 6.0 is there! Most of the work will focus on being able to use POCO's with unknown or more dynamic data, and lay the basis for big performance improvements when using resources in FhirPath, validation or any circumstance where we are currently using ITypedElement.
Additionally, we have a whole list of breaking changes that we have batched up for the last two years of work on 5.0, including (possibly) moving StructureDefinition to "base" level, so it can be used across the STU3 and R4+ versions of the .NET SDK.
