FirebaseStream.failed() returns false even if the stream dies due to a closed connection.

Reported in #167 device is losing wifi but the stream still reports false for .failed(). It should report true so the user knows to restart the stream.

I got same problem can not get or set during streaming. Any one from Firebase Google could give us solution ?
