[BUG] conflict with "Disable Page Visibility API" extensions

THE PROBLEM:

Having any extension that disables the Page Visibility API makes TWP's full page translation not work when pages are opened in a new tab.
Happens in both Firefox and Chrome on fresh profiles.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. install https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/disable-visibility-api/
2. visit https://example.com/ and perform full page translation with TWP, it will work
3. open any clickable link inside the page (More information...) in a new tab with right click -> Open Link In New Tab
4. switch to the new tab and perform full page translation with TWP; it will NOT work (only the tab title will be translated). Refreshing the page and retrying the translation will work.
