While trying to export logs: Unsupported URL scheme

Describe the bug
Logs cannot be exported, because the filepicker complains "The selected URL uses an unsupported scheme. Please use the following scheme: file"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to settings
2. Click on "Export" in row "Export logs"
3. Choose any name in the filepicker window
4. Confirm with OK

Expected behavior
A file containing logs should be exported to the chosen folder.

Note the http-prefix before the filename on top.

OS:

• OS: Kubuntu 24.10, Plasma 6.1.5, Kernel 6.11.0-13-generic
• Hardware configuration: AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U / Radeon Vega Mobile Series
• Filesystem and Disk type used: NVME with ext4
