Description
This adds a simple extension function to the
ConsumerRecordclass that allows pulling the timestamp as an ODT without much flail. This is more or less cloned from: https://github.com/FigureTechnologies/libs-kcache/blob/main/kcache-aggregator/src/main/kotlin/com/figure/infrastructure/libraries/extensions/TopicHistoryExtensions.ktBut now it's publicly exposed for easy access! Yey!
