Did you mean one TLE per row? Or do you actually want the transpose? You can take the transpose of a dataframe df with df.T, but it doesn't make much sense with regard to the organization of the data IMHO.

I have a question though : How can I get the latitude, longitude & altitude of a satellite from its TLE file? I don't understand the link between the inclination,first-derivative... and the spherical coordinates of the satellite.
