This template uses both inline and <style> header CSS. As documented here, most email clients honor the <style> header declarations, which allows one to style all instances of a tag, such as <h2>. Gmail's online client is the major top 10 client that ignores these. By blending the two we get outstanding appearance in most clients and don't loose all the formatting in Gmail's web version.

The html file contains comments showing which parts to cut and paste into CiviMail's Header, Message Template and Footer components respectively.
