Support `@JsonInclude` for arrays

Follow up of #5369.

Like SerializationFeature.APPLY_JSON_INCLUDE_FOR_COLLECTIONS, let's also add one for arrays.

Restriction is that this new array behavior should be disabled by default for backward compatibility.

This one-off general configuration seems user-friendly. But I would say separate SerializationFeature.
I am concerend we would get scope too wider, like other Jackson extensions (Scala, XML, Guava etc...).
So yeah best-effort basis granular..

Ok let's go with granular then. ARRAY variant only matters for JDK types, which are all handled by jackson-databind, fwtw (as far as I know).
