Feature: Seamly2D API with SeamlyCloud

The Seamly2D program needs to have an clear and functional interface to the pattern cloud at seamly.cloud

This will be integrated into the Seamly2D code and will include as a minimum:

• Fetch a list of available patterns from the pattern cloud.
  This would include subsets:
  template patterns (e.g. basic blocks in various systems)
  "my patterns"
  shared patterns

Open a pattern directly in Seamly2D from the above list.
Save a new pattern version from Seamly2D directly to the pattern cloud.

The interface must provide a way to apply local and cloud stored measurement files to a pattern.

If we want to download from Seamly.cloud, just go to Seamly.cloud.
Should I close this, or do we want full integration with seamly.cloud -- it isn't open source & we don't have any architecture information -- it's a completely separate beast.

a completely separate beast. Susan... My opinion would be to close it based on the fact it's a cart before the horse environment... and as you point out is a seperate beast. Seamly sets the pattern file schema, and it's just too easy for us to get out front of the cloud that we have no control of making it work. In other words I could drop a new pattern schema every week that's going to break in the cloud. And personally I wouldn't want to deal with forum posts and GH issues of why an api has issues with the cloud.
