native vs c# ed25519

having a non-native dependency (libsodium) means additional burdens when using the library. Is there any way to use a pure c# ed25519 implementation?

Sorry for the long wait, did not have notification on in this repo.
It is probably fairly straightforward to switch up the library used for BouncyCastle, however the performance of NSec is much better.
