How to remove "today" that pops up while scrolling?

When I scroll up, a bubble with "today" pops up in the upper center of my screen which is not relevant for my application. I have experimented with many props such as renderDay, the date format props, systemMessage, accessory, etc. I'm able to customize a lot of giftedChat, but I don't know how to remove the day. Can anyone give guidance?
