Floating Window Handling for Windows Terminal 'Quake Mode'

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like the "Quake Mode" feature in windows terminal to be floating automatically while still maintaining tiling for regular windows terminal windows.

Describe the solution you'd like
Some way of selectively matching these transient windows in order to float them automatically.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Floating all windows for Windows Terminal, works, but is a bit annoying now that I need to un-float terminal windows.
2. Floating by window class, the class 'CASCADIA_HOSTING_WINDOW_CLASS' seems quite generic and also affects all windows terminal windows, unsure if anything else also uses that class.

It's an interesting idea, but I cannot see a path to implementing. There doesn't seem to be a programmatic way to distinguish between Quake Mode and not Quake Mode.

Right. There's a issue open on the WT github to make the quake mode window it's own window class.

I may attempt to make a PR for this, depending on if I can figure out how to do this, which given that I'm not experienced in C++ specifically, might be complicated.

You can use WTQ to make Windows Terminal (...and pretty much any program) a hotkey-toggleable quake window. I have been using this for more than a year now.

Granted, it's memory usage is a bit high right now due to the Edge Webview dependency for the GUI, but the author is actively working on separating it and the program can run fine with Webview killed.
