Feature Request: A file-based way to disable the settings button

For security reasons, I would like a way to disable the settings button and dialog after the initial modification of the settings has been complete. Maybe a initial setup-type system?

I installed this theme today and had the exact same need. I would suggest the same for the "About" button as well, once again for security reasons. From what I understand the theme is using localStorage for persisting the settings, but that wouldn't stop the theme from attempting to load a settings.js file, perhaps?
