Integrate kube-capacity for cluster summary

It would be super cool if we could integrate kube-capacity into this dashboard and the summary data for the cluster. Just a high level "cluster utilization" metric

A few more things we could track in a summary at the top of the page:

• # of workloads with too much cpu/mem
• # of workloads with too little cpu/mem
• total cpu/mem savings available (not net of additions)
• total additional cpu/mem needed (not net of savings)
• total net cpu/mem recommended
• average percentage difference between desired and actual
