Allow retrieving value of SaveCurrentEvent from FairMCApplication

Right now it only has a setter, but if value was accessible it could be used to skip event processing in FairTasks, allowing for more effective event filtering (i.e. skipping processing entirely as opposed to just not saving a fully processed event).

Thank you @karabowi! I'm a bit confused, because there seem to be two flags that fulfill the same role. One in FairMCApplication (which is the one we've successfully used so far for MC, but doesn't work for real data processing running under FairRunAna as FairMCApplication is not created), and the other is in FairRun (i.e.

FairRoot/fairroot/base/steer/FairRun.h

), which I assume would be used in the latter case? Is this correct?

If so, could I ask you to please provide the same kind of getter for fMarkFill in FairRun?

Hi @mgoncerz , yes, we do have a MarkFill flag in FairRun.
I have implemented also the GetMarkFill() function.
From what I can see the MarkFill is not used by any of the experiments.
