No Downfall is a plugin for Sponge created to prevent downfall (as rain or thunder) on an entire server.
Download directly or check the website for more choices.
Just put the "No Downfall.jar" file in Sponge's mod folder an run your server. No configuration needed.
No Downfall hasn't any kind of permission or command. All you need to do is set the weather to sunny with /weather CLEAR and the plugin will prevent downfall forever.
