StartCommand doesn't run for mouse inputs with the context menu open

If the context menu is open, the clientside StartCommand hook does not catch the IN_ATTACK generated by pressing the left mouse button. This is specific to the mouse: if I bind +attack to another key, StartCommand handles it fine.
