What it does

Fixes the annoying problem with the vanilla toggle sprint, where it disables it after death

Why should it be in the modpack

it's way more comfortable to play with, especially for gamemodes where you die a lot, this problem is not here in older versions of the game and in toggle sprint mods

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack

not available in curseforge, it seems to have no problems other than that

Doesn't it do the same on inventories? I think that is intended behavior.

i'm not sure what you mean by "on inventories", but if you look at older versions this problem is not present, i remember seeing a mojira bug report about it, i can try to find it when i have time
