依赖包 caw 的 storage.py 顶层 import fcntl,只用于 JsonlWriter.append 里的文件锁(第 29 行 fcntl.flock)。fcntl 是 POSIX 专有,Windows 上根本没有,所以模块一加载就崩。
让AI修复一下就好了

That's not the only issue you'll face when trying to use caw (Original repo: https://github.com/zzjas/caw, the version CodeWiki uses: https://github.com/anhnh2002/caw/tree/fix/codex-exec-robustness) on Windows. The repository as a whole makes many assumptions that it will only ever run on POSIX, unfortunately. :/
