Babel: RFC 9229 (IPv4 next-hop via IPv6)

Hello.
Does the FRR support RFC 9229 for babel?
It describes route for IPv4 without IPv4 addresses on interfaces of tunnel.
If is it available how to write it in the frr.conf?
