As of recent (not strictly tied to this fork) issues have surfaced on CivitAI where people discuss the compatibility of certain lora's.
Some doesn't work if they've been trained with Musubi Tuner. Why that is idk, I've never trained a lora for HunyuanVideo.

But I can confirm that some lora's work while some doesn't, and if that's something that can be fixed here is beyond me, I'm just forwarding an issue discovered on Civit, and from what I gathered it's an issue across multiple forks, and it has been an issue for some time already (not a recent issue).

You can try out #295 to see if it works for the specific lora's that are not working for you. Otherwise you may need to link to the lora(s) in question for validation.
