Copy/paste error in tables explaining attributes of elements

Chapter about message schema explains the attributes of various elements. It seems that copy/paste errors were made that lead to the wrong terms being used. Please review the following items:

• Description for name attribute of <enum>element says "Name of encoding"
• Valid values for name attribute of <enum>element says "Must be unique among all encoding types"
• Description for description attribute of <enum>element says "Documentation of the type"
• Description for name attribute of <set>element says "Name of encoding"
• Description for description attribute of <set>element says "Documentation of the type"
• Valid values for name attribute of <set>element says "Must be unique among all encoding types"
• Description for name attribute of <choice>element says "Symbolic name of value"
• Description for description attribute of <choice>element says "Documentation of the value"
