Add quadrature rule on pyramids defined by mapping a GLL rule on a hex to a pyramid.
A degree
n+2rule on a hex is needed to integrate degreenpolynomials on a pyramid exactly. This could likely be improved on, but this rule may be good enough for now to get stuff working on pyramids.Resolves #828.
