No new effects, just under the hood changes that make it slightly easier for me to add new effects, and give people who use this as a library slightly more options on how they want to get all the effects. Otherwise functions exactly the same as the previous release

first release of the program. can either be used as a library or as a standalone program. Attached jar is a ready-to-use desktop program for applying effects to images

currently, the effects in the package are:

-ifunny

-jpeg
-touhou look
-spin
-shutter stock

and probably a few others i got too lazy to list here. oops

jar requires java 8 or higher to run
