Feed randomly freezes for no apparent reason

This issue did not happen on the previous OpenIris project

After flashing and connecting to my Wi-Fi, on first hand everything seems fine

But the stream keeps freezing randomly (on both web brower and Babbalonia) for no apparent reason

The Wi-Fi is good and when it doesn't freeze it's running very smooth at 60fps

I tried removing my BSSID thing from the other issue, I tried enabling PMF

The ESP is connected using WPA3 on a 2.4Ghz network channel 1 network
I have a repeater which I unplugged with no success either

That's unfortunately a known issue as well, I'm suspecting it has to do with how we stream - HTTP MJPEG and how taht behaves.

I want to soon-ish drop that method however, or rather start dropping, and replace it with streaming over TCP / UDP. This should fix that weird hangs, but this will require coordination with Babble and current / new ETVR app so support for it will take some time
