Fix message highlight stuck when open the 2nd context menu

When we open the 2nd context menu while the 1st one is shown, the highlight becomes stuck.

1. Open any chat that has multiple messages (or send multiple messages on the chat)
2. Right-click on one message
3. While the first context menu is open, right-click on another message
4. Repeat it multiple times
5. Verify the highlight of the message disappears once the context menu of the message is hidden
6. Close the context menu
7. Right-click on a message
8. Verify the context menu is shown and the message is highlighted

Android/iOS/mWeb

1. Open any chat that has multiple messages (or send multiple messages on the chat)
2. Long-press on a message
3. Close the context menu
4. Verify the highlight is gone

Note: the highlight will stuck on mWeb because of the strict mode. Happening on main too. Disabling strict mode fixed it.

I know shouldDelay is optional, but it's boolean so let use false instead.
