Action Performed:

Precondition -
The workspace only has two members, including the owner

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Go to workflow and make the member the default approver
3. Go to the Members page and remove the member
4. Go to Workflows page

Expected Result:

The workflow should remain visible after removing a member

Actual Result:

The default workflow disappears after removing the default approver

Workaround:

@jponikarchuk can you please test this again but have 3 members on the workspace?

My thoughts are that if there is only 1 member on the workspace then an approval workflow isn't possible so that's possibly why it is removed.

I'm curious what happens if there is more than 1 member, my guess is that either the default approver will switch to the billing owner (which I probably would expect) or the same thing will occur which might be a bug

I reproduced with both 2 and 3 members in staging v9.2.64-1

Did not reproduce in prod v9.2.63-8. The default flow is still there and the approver switches back to the admin after removing the member.
